The next chapter

GVNR Community Hub

GVNR Community Hub is the next stage in the development of Club GVNR. The goal is to build on the community that already exists by creating a more structured and accessible programme for young adults across Enfield.

What we're about

Play . Connect . Grow

Play

Console, board and card games, every Saturday, free. Competitive if you want it, casual if you don't. You don't need to be good.

Connect

Come on your own, most people do. You'll leave knowing names. No cliques, no pressure, and nobody keeping score of who's cool.

Grow

Members shape what we do, pick the games, help run a session, make new people feel welcome. Small stuff for now, but it's real, and it's there if you want it.

Proposed format

How It Would Run

Weekly Sessions

Regular weekly community sessions.

Quarterly Highlights

Approximately one larger special event every three months.

Activities Can Include

  • Games
  • Tournaments
  • Music
  • Creative sessions
  • Occasional sport
  • Community events
  • Guest speakers
  • Skills and development opportunities
  • Volunteering
  • Networking
  • Trips and experiences

The focus remains on creating an authentic community environment rather than turning every session into a classroom or workshop.

Target community

Young Adults, 18 to 25

Our primary focus is young adults in Enfield, particularly those approximately 18 to 25.

This is an important transitional period where people may be moving between education, employment, training, independence and early adulthood.

Club GVNR aims to provide something that often disappears after school or college: a consistent community.

Let's Build It Together

We're looking for venues, partners, funders and local organisations who want to help make the GVNR Community Hub a reality for Enfield.
